First - AI slop should not be something that gets an OS. Look at how Windows 11 has fared with the same, and now you're after Linux as well? Disgraceful.

Second - Ollama exists.

The nice thing about Linux is that you don't have to use these niche distros. Windows users either had to deal or learn computer OS procedures to move on. I'm sure Shadowfetch will disappear into the ether soon enough.
