Russia is likely assisting China in training its military personnel, as well as providing Beijing with intelligence and advanced military technology, which could give China an advantage in the event of a potential conflict over Taiwan, according to a report by the Economist (archived).

Yes, but enabling is not the same as being the one who thinks they’re above the law. I mean, especially after the second world war all of Europe looked up to the US and they could do no wrong.
And obviously there has been some… divergence with the current administration in the US
Sure. But it does destroy one's credibility. We took our credibility for granted for far too long.
