To day as americans we blindly trust everything we're exposed too, not because we're dumb but were inadvertantly trained to. We live in a world now where ticks chase people, broccoli literally makes you ๐Ÿ’ฉ yourself to death, and a phone cost $2k. The cost of living since 1982 excluding inflation has rose 247%, cars cost about 60k on average, food cost about $500 per person per month, and the average wage is about 61k per year. This has been driven by fractional banking (0% now), money stagnation through billion dollar companies, and the intentional inflation and planned degration of products. We have old cars running better then new one's and for a fraction of the price, ai controlling pricing at grocry store, and so much more. Some parting thought i'll leave you with, what do YOU think about all this? how much are YOU willing to allow? What will YOU do about it?

Thank you, for your time.

I actually can't leave yet. I don't have enough money saved up to actually pay for it. Most people could never afford to move to another country. You're very luck that you could manage it.

Also, I can't downvote, since it's disabled on my instance.

Explain to me how 1000s even millions of people can walk their ass to the boarder and they make less then $10 dollars a day but you can't afford it?

As an American you're the 1%... You choose not to move... You claim you're in such danger, life is so hard, but you sit on your computer just complaining about it...

This is gonna really shock you... I'm not the 1%. Most Americans are dirt poor. The only reason it looks like we're all rich, is because the ultra-wealthy skew the average.

I never said my life is hard; I never claimed that I'm in danger (yet). It takes time to get one's affairs in order, and to obtain a visa.

Of course, you're probably not going to listen to any of this, since you just like to sit on your computer and tell people they're wealthy fascists because they want to have a modest safety net before they try to escape the country.

You know your original comment is visible right??? You live with dread and anxiety and are "scared to death"... Clearly this conversation isn't going anywhere when you change your story in a matter of 3 posts and then make up things I've said.

Good luck... I hope you find whatever you're looking for..

"Scared to death" of losing access to my gender-affirming care. It's a poetical exageration; hyperbole, one might say.
