Literal days after Mamdani won his primary the DNC chair gave an interview about how candidates like him are the future of the party...
Mamdani, the guy saying if Netenyahu steps foot in his city, he'll be arrested.
That is what the DNC wants to see as the future of the party.
Reposting these old ass outdated memes only depresses progressive turnout which neoliberals are desperate to do so they can claw back the party...
It's just always so hard to tell if the people helping the neoliberals are doing it intentionally, or are just so politically ignorant they haven't noticed we got the DNC back after 2024.
The DNC is split between the old guard and the new. This is why it's very important to select the candidates like Mamdani or AOC but don't be under the illusion that that is whom the old guard want - they didn't support Mamdani at all. Which means the internal selection for candidates is where the change has to occur to get the bulk of the old guard out.
Ofc they will give this kind of interview after he won. Are you new to politics? How old are you
Did you miss that was after the primary but before the general?
Or do you legitimately think it's a good idea for the DNC to put their finger on the scales and endorse a fucking mayornin a primary?
Because that second one is literally the problem that's been fucking us for generations when the neoliberals held the DNC...
I don't need to ask any insulting rhetorical questions like you did, because my goal is you actually understanding this, not a slap fight.
