Short version: nah. It doesn't work like that

Longer version: all it takes is really asking the question "is this moron capable and willing to make my life better?" and looking up some evidence. That's not rocket science

Longer longer version: 100 years. So, a few generations. And no one came together to fix this. Oh welp, no one to blame?
