Denis Shtilerman, the owner and chief designer of Fire Point, told journalist Dmitry Gordon that Ukraine could carry out its first ballistic missile strikes on Moscow as early as this fall.

Not one refinery in russia will be left producing fuel.

Fuel rationing already has reached military units on the front, they don't get fuel allocated by whatever they need to be effective anymore. Fuel quality has also dropped dramatically, but that is mainly a civilian issue - cars nowadays really can't cope with yellowish sludge in their fuel, because it clogs the fine openings used in direct injection. If you are lucky, your fuel filter goes first - if you are unlucky, you get engine damage. Used Bicycle prices have skyrocketed lately in Russia.
