Thank you. I never even considered long covid communities. Assuming I understand correctly, I don't believe I suffer from PEM.
No worries, just be aware that like most chronic illness communities they are riddled with dodgy treatments. People all have their theories and their pet supplements when in reality we just don’t know.
but the useful thing is being in a group of people who suffer similarly, if you can get past the annoying alt-med, everyone cosplaying as a biologist, thing.
