For some of them, I think each rack costs like in the millions. A giant AI datacenter will have tonnes and tonnes of them. Do you think you could ever pay back even the tiniest fraction of 1 billion $?

No, that's what bankruptcy is for. But of course, they won't make you pay damages, you're too poor and they're not stupid. Once damage goes above $X it becomes a felony charge and they'll make an example out of you so that no one else is brave enough to copy you
