why does the department of warfightin' have its own CFO posting weak propaganda? like...
what would an army CFO even do? shouldn't it have a congressional budget, and run itself out of that? Although the army is presumably generating profit via piracy, we all know that's going directly to the president
Shouldn't the propaganda be posted by some sort of army marketeer instead? Since this is clearly not finance's core competency
I mean it's probably his staffers. I'd guess he wants it under his account to build up his personal influence.
