- No memes, trolling, misinformation, or low-effort posts/comments (including reposts). If you see posts like this that anger you, do not engage. Report, block, and live a happier life than they do. Any slap-fight is subject to comment removals. Fights full of rule violations will result in temporary bans to cool off.
- No manipulating votes via bots or alt accounts; this will result in permanent bans. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in an account ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be permanently banned.
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules and use critical thinking when reading, posting, and commenting. Users that repeatedly have comments or posts removed, weaponize reports, or violate the code of conduct, will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. That has to violate the 4th Amendment.
From The Bill of Rights:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
You can’t just assume any & all pregnant women are going to get an abortion, so that’s not probable cause.
as if these lunatics care for the constitution and its rights, unless it benefits them.
Nah, they never gave a shit about the Constitution. It's just like the Bible for them, they can tell their voters it says whatever they want it to and they know damn well none of them have ever read it and never will.
And the bible means whatever they want it to mean. They make whatever argument will support their position of power, credible or not.
They haven't even gone to the trouble of making a version of the Bible that supports their worldview.
That's not true! Every time a room full of 6 years gets shot up they read half of the second amendment! They never read the rest but go fuck yourself if you're going to stop them from murdering rooms of children.
I'd think the commerce clause would be the applicable one here.
