Is that all life support on the lower level? Hopefully that makes some folks feel a little better about progress behind the scenes. I'm sure someone on xshitter has already made a full CAD model and reverse engineered every pallet.
Wouldn't this just be an NDA violation? As far as I know, ITAR mainly just covers technical details of propulsion, guidance, and their supporting systems, and I think you're right about those being life support systems, likely embiggened descendants of what's already on Dragon.
Also, judging by the press/visitor badges and the obviously not final positions or complete lack of some things, I don't think this is intended to be that faithful a mock-up of any real design.

You're probably right. I generally assume anything inside a Starship gets lumped under an ITAR blanket, which is way too broad.
