JFC. Would be interesting to have this adjusted for inflation as well!

You know, I don't think inflation will make much of a difference in this case

Edit: I looked it up. $1 usd in 2000 is $1.94 in 2026 money. So.... Amount in 2000 is $36 million. Not quite the 2.6 billion today
