At work the other day, had someone very upset about someone in a fur suit that was a customer. Like they seemed to expect that I would kick them out because of the costume…
Back in the 90s... friends and I went to a restaurant with a salad bar that no longer exists, in full goth wear. Another customer there loudly complained to staff that we should be kicked out because of what we were wearing (no nudity. no graphics or words, just lots of black, eyeliner and big boots) the whole time. He arrived shortly after us and, while we could hear him repeatedly saying things, he never directly spoke to us. Weirdo.
Staff was very polite to us, and we to them, other dude was the only one freaking out.
I'm always super impressed at the amount of work that goes into goth outfits. More generally there are not many "tribe" appearances that don't require effort or sacrifice of some sort.
A fur suit. Like ... OwO?
I'm sure you work somewhere where the public is allowed. Maybe a convention center or something? But I was picturing cubicles, fluorescent lighting, rolling chairs, computers, and a man in a full panther costume who goes by Space Paws
That's just IT, they're chill. Don't know how they do half the tech wizardry they do, let alone in those bigass paws.
Space Paws TPS reports are spotless. One might say they are purfect.
Legit, that's my plan if i ever get forced to return to office for work.
Straight up fur suit every day. That's not even my thing. No idea where i'd get one or what they cost. I just figure, if they want to fuck with my day, they're going to get it right back with interest.
