GenZ is actually even more likely to get scammed than boomers. So no, not only have they not learned, they've actively gotten worse.

The study does acknowledge some correlationary aspects as opposed to direct reasons, such as increased online presence, but still... It's real bad mama, it's real real bad with these youths.
