IIRC they said that SABR is slowly being rolled out and DASH phased out. instead of waiting they decided to tackle this head on. I'm 50/50 having no problems for a few videos then getting stuck in this trap.
I'm having to download the videos.
even using ytdlnis, sometimes it will fail to download. I think it's independent of downloading and streaming
