Imagine arriving in a community with virtually no posts for months, where it seems no one is posting, and someone comes along sharing something to find out what you think. It's so easy to downvote and not comment on what you didn't like; at least have the courage to say you didn't like it…
I think the concern is the multiple accounts and frequency of reposts.
When you use a few different accounts to share the same content, people who don't want to see it will have a hard time blocking it. When someone posts the same content too often in a short period of time, people start to downvote the subsequent posts.
Oh, I understand. That explains a lot. I thought they were different communities by language, so they're interconnected. I'll share my content only in some of them to avoid that.
