Most ADHD symptoms are things neurotypicals also deal with from time to time, only much worse and much more frequently.
This is one of those symptoms.

My sources are doctors, therapists, psychiatrists, and countless medical research papers is my point.
Weirdly enough, the people diagnosing, treating, and researching ADHD for a living know more about it than some random edgelord calling themselves "modern medicine isn't" does 🙄
