Didn't vote because doing so would require either individually clicking hundreds of opt outs or just living with them forcing me to agree to them doing whatever they want with my data (which is not only not following the spirit of the EU regulations, it's not actually following the letter of them either.)
I would never buy a phone without a headphone jack if possible. If doing so would mean a drastic consession on other areas I'd have to live with a dongle to use headphones but I'd really rather not.
