are they also blocking VPNs?

i don't want to google.groups from lemmy to ask about it

According to the comments most of isp dont work (one comment mention that Iplan work OK, Movistar fibra y fibertel/flow no) but access by vpn or changing the dns from the default assigned by the isp to cloudflare dns (1.1.1.1) work, sorry if my english is not the best
