Toph's sightedness jokes are so on point and at the same time respectful, it's a masterclass. My favorites are when

She yells "there!" pointing down when they are flying on Appa searching for something;
She hides them in a pocket in the ground and someone yelps "I can't see! There's no light" and she goes "oh no, that's terrible! How could we cope?" very sarcastically.

My favourite is the poster gag. "Why do I need to go with Sokka to put up posters?!"

*Slaps poster with glue onto the wall, the image on the poster is not visible because she put it backwards (image side facing the wall)*
