Thanks so much for the feedback. Glad you like my videos. That's awesome that you have fun staying fit. Keep at it 💪 You are right. I should look more at the fun side of fitness. Maybe at some point I will find the best activity that gets me out of the house.

It will be hard to cut down on my important screentime 🤔 But I will do my best 💪

Maybe having accountability partners also help. Helped in the past.
