qr first opens intagram which I don't have the app or an account then in the bio there's a link for menu. We are living in the future

But yeah, like you said at least it makes no effort slop recognisable. I can imagine future gen ai image providers randomising the style to throw people off the scent. Essentially to lie more effectively, eroding the signs of quality and care formed over millennia, so that eventually you can't actually tell if any of the art you see is thoughtful or thoughtless.
