How did they destroy the cameras without being seen by all the damn cameras?

If you wear all black, do not show any skin or indicating marks, and vary your gait with a consistent stumble, then the cameras are useless. Remember to park out of sight of any cameras.

Best thing would be to not use ur car but go by foot or bicycle, but then again, it's the US, where u are literally trapped in ur home if u don't have a car lol

It's obviously a villain who can be in hundreds of places at once because he was also fishing with half the town.

I have to believe he's a time traveler who hasn't been born yet. He can't be I'D because he hasn't been given ID yet, and he can be in multiple places at once. Of course, if he were to appear beside me, I would have to buy him a drink in appreciation, too.

My theory...

Morph suits.

Automated License Plate Readers (ALPRs) are AI-powered cameras that capture and analyze images of all passing vehicles, storing details like your car’s location, date, and time. They also capture your car’s make, model, color, and identifying features such as dents, roof racks, and bumper stickers, often turning these into searchable data points. These cameras collect data on millions of vehicles—regardless of whether the driver is suspected of a crime. While these systems can be useful for tracking stolen cars or wanted individuals, they are mostly used to track the movements of innocent people.
