Not an American, but I watched a bit of his interview with Jon Stewart. I honestly don't know if he's bought and paid for. He's almost certainly cognitively impaired. The only reason it's hard to tell definitively, is because so many of his colleagues seem to be certifiably insane, stupid or senile.
He has brain damage. He started out left, after the damage he's turned right.
Just like all Republicans LMAO
