Locally the vet and some fast food places have rolled out Ai and it's been terrible. The vet takes forever to actually get anything and it doesn't understand things said sometimes. The staff has also said they got a ton of terrible feedback about ai. For fast food the ai constantly gets things incorrect or can't process certain questions and a person has to actually jump on. These are just my experiences in non emergency situations too. Ai is just a tool in it's infancy and should be used for internal helping things only right now in my opinion.
