What? Left or right leaning is entirely dependent upon the system.

Back when the US was taxing its richest at nearly 90% was still capitalism thus still right of center, because those taxes still went to pay owners who controlled whether or not labor was done.

Welfare capitalism is still right leaning.

Capitalism, as a system, is fundamentally on the right. Your statement is blatantly false.

The "set focus" is irrelevant. What makes something left or right leaning is the system itself.
