MODERATORS
I don't hate this.
There's been a lot of stories of 911 dispatchers running ragged.
Overworked, exhausted, abused by callers. One 911 dispatcher hung up on a mass shooting in buffalo.
It's not even a "hire more people" problem. It's like the people who moderate and flag abusive material. They only can do it for a few months before they end up really fucked up. Many cities consolidate 911 into a single place to cut costs. It's a big problem nobody talks about.
I dont think AI is the entire solution. But it might be a start.
