I know what you mean, but I don't know lockdowns and other rules made people realise the could push the limits without consequence. Perhaps it's partly behaviour change from COVID and partly a wide social group thing. Somebody sees somebody pushing the limit and thinks hey if he gets away with that then I'm doing it too.
