And to make matters even better, they don’t answer their DAMN phone. Apparently this isn’t an immediate danger, according to the lead tenant

Lead tenant. Essentially independent state care

I did try and make that argument, but I got a lecture on how it this was a private rental and I went over my landlords head when something was going awry it could lead to being evicted or similar
