Seriously, just toss the little shit into the seat and buckle them up. Why is this so difficult for some parents to do? Kids weigh next to nothing; just pick them up and force them to comply.

They can tie down unruly adult passengers before they're arrested, but they can't restrain a kid climbing over seats?
