What are you using your hops for? Last year I harvested mine way too late with most of them a little brown (November in zone 5). They still turned out fine in a tincture.
Based on your photos I would say you are close. But wouldn't be and to give you much support besides that. I only harvested one year so far
I was hoping for beer! Im cultivating multiple varieties both named types and ones I found around the country. I think I’m close too, might harvest tomorrow morning since we’re about to get blasted with heat again.
Ah beer the classic use case. Hopefully it turns out good. I was kicking around the idea of practicing some simple brewing before using my hops for a beer. I haven't gotten to it at all. I might just use them for teas
