This is actually one of the better use cases of the captured content, if contained to local medical systems used, not uploaded to cloud services, for data and diagnostics. Doc should be getting consent though and explaining he use cases.
No. No dude. I went to a doctor who had a camera in the room and asked consent each time like twenty years ago (I lived there). The camera would be plugged in if I consented. The doctor was still fully doctoring.

I'm saying you don't need the gadget and if you use it you should be killed because you're an irredeemable slipper and can't be talked to.
