LED lights and moving parts I can deliver (I use my own version of MILS plates with a 12V power net, and wifi-controlled processors in about every module). But this is supposed to be a static model only. So there is an ongoing battle between designing details that nobody will ever see working on one side, and my lack of experience and materials for technic builds on the other.
One reason it is static is that it is actually connected to the 12V bus to power its lights.
