They don't get it. The reason steam is steam is because they've (Gabe) has made millions/billion off not being a piece of shit company. Despite them becoming the biggest online game retailer for PC, they still have humans look and your shit, they understand when something is bullshit and refund you, they still support games even if they've been delisted off steam

They're probably the only company (big) in existence that has done everything to try to make people happy. Even times when I'm like "yeah I get why they'd deny me it's legit" they still took care of me. I'll continue to give steam my money.
