If there is a question between if an issue is caused by a free and open source project, or a paid product that is made by one of the biggest companies in the world. I always place blame on the paid product by default, and I start troubleshooting from there.

Tends to go: Open-source projec: "We do not break production." Closed source for profit: "If we make this change that will break some of production, will it still be profitable?"
