Overview:
The community dedicated to boycotting the US until they stop fascism, restore full democracy and start following international law.
Americans have a moral obligation to resist Donald Trump and project 2025 at every turn.
America is a flawed democracy currently being ruled by oligarchs. Stop the backslide! Dont let America become the next Hungary.
America needs to challenge the court rulings of citizens united v. fec and shelby county v. holder, protect the media, implement independent district drawing, and the single transferable vote so they don't end up having people stay home in life-changing elections because they cannot vote for their favourite candidate.

Edit: it's official, Mangione is pleading guilty to the federal charge. Perhaps it seems to get the state charges off his back?
We won't know for sure until that filing happens, but I am confident that Mangione has very good lawyers for the federal case.
We had reports that Mangione's legal team would pursue a psychiatric defence, but was abandoned and withdrawn. So I won't take any speculation on this case as final until it actually happens.

One potential avenue is Mangione pleads not guilty to murder (bc we all know he didn't do that) and guilty to stalking and other lesser charges (maybe? perhaps he was doing that while we were playing Black Ops Zombies on the day of Brian Thompson's death?). But I still (as a non-lawyer) think that a jury should decide whether Luigi Mangione is guilty of anything.
