Using VLC to play music. Never thought of that before

I use it to play literally anything that has audio or video and it has never failed me

It is my music player on Android actually. Not because its so good but because every other OpenSource player I tried lacked something for me that VLC had. Or they were just heating up my phone for no reason while just playing music, which is kind of a massive no for me.

I mostly use it for CDs when not watching videos/DVDs since I know like zero other software I can use that isn't specifically for windows or can detect the CD in my USB disc drive.

Works like a charm, minus the maybe second, second and a half, audio glitch at the beginning of a song.

I thought about using it to play music a couple of years ago, but it lacked gapless playback which ruined some albums for me, so I discarded it.
