Tl;dr: 75-yo old woman attacks the employees over a sandwich, rips hair from one of them, put that hair in her purse, calls the police and dies.

At that point, two other employees intervened, and as they were pulled apart, a “chunk of hair” was pulled from the shift lead’s head, “leaving a raw area.”

Once separated, the employees got behind the counter and Grayson sat down, taking a phone call. She was seen picking up the shift lead’s hair and putting it in her bag, police said.

She wasn't beaten to death for being rude. She attacked a manager for telling her to leave after berating a 17 year old employee. She punched the manger in the face, yanked her to the ground by the hair and continued punching her while on the ground. The manager only got away after the chunk of hair she was being held by was ripped out of her scalp.

She died from a heart attack because she started a fight with a 20 year old girl while having congestive heart failure. The manager even brought her a cup of water to a person who just assaulted her because they were worried about them.
