Bug Report

Describe the issue: As the title asks: i usually open the app, then notice there has been no update for several hours since my last launch. But when i pull down, it refreshes with a long list of new articles, so it doesnt seem like a sudden influx of new posts. This happens across communities and servers. Is it a setting thing, or a bug?

Steps to reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

The dev released v1.0.475 and the changelog does mention that the feed now refreshes when you return to the app. Along with a few other improvements, I think the issue you raised should be addressed. I've been waiting for this change as well. I think it is a beta release though so you do need to become a beta-tester to get the update.

Thanks! Am not on the beta program, so will wait it out.

If you want to join, it's pretty simple. On the Play Store page for the app, if you scroll down, there should be a section about joining the beta. Nowadays I think it's fairly stable and you shouldn't run into many issues. But it will eventually be rolled out in the stable version so you could just wait.
