their intention was always to drop war with russia and pivot to china.
they have been saying this openly for a while.
Trump has, but that does not say much. That's just a madman's insane rambling. I mean, it's serious and dangerous, but you cannot take him at face value is what I mean.
Reading actual thought, strategy and politics into it is certainly giving it way too much credit.
marco rubio isn't though, or any of the fascist leaders for that matter. analysts like mearsheimer called it even before that.
