I will never understand why it's called the Windows subsystem for Linux instead of the other way around? Doesn't Linux system for Windows make so much more sense?
I don’t like the name but I don’t think so.
Linux system for Windows = adapted Linux to be able to run in Windows Windows subsystem = adapted Windows to be able to run regular linux
