For me it started about half a year in, which was around which my estradiol levels hit above 175 pmol/L mark. (Too low still, but there's that).
Now my levels are at cis levels. I could probably have achieved those quickier had I straightaway started with anything but spray, but oh well.
Someone else whom (I think) didn't do spray, also got it 180 days in. So there's that. Maybe it depends on how long exposure has been to higher levels of estradiol.
Currently, I'm trying to keep my levels stable. Once the next blood test (which I plan in a month or so) shows they stay at 400-800 range, I will start varying to simulate periods.
Why do you want to simulate periods?
To see whether that makes the boobs and hips grow faster. I feel like they grow in 'jumps', so maybe I can improve that by having the body undergo these as well.
