I just negotiated a raise at work first time doing it but it was that or move to a new job so thought I'd go for it. Now I don't have to do leetcode

What ever I need to learn to get it done. Family company with me as the IT. But it's generally Networking,365 and the local MS Office stack AD etc. Then have my own implementations which I have a lot of freedom over so it's more opensource and cyber security focused.
