I've been pretty excited about this one for while. It's a modular phone built from the ground up for linux with their own ui. They are still working on lte though.

Except the core component of the phone is an optional accessory that is “coming soon” …

The only part needed is an LTE modem which is a standard part. They're selling one that's garaunteed to be compatible. You can bring your own.
