Are there any phone plans where you add to a 'purse' instead of make monthly payments?
If yes, are any privacy focused?

Phreeli comes close with prepaid month-by-month plans and great privacy practices, but Ideally I'd like a plan where you buy 'X' minutes and 'Y' GB of data and just refill as needed. This would be for use in continental US and during international travel.

Good clarification on the JMP setup I missed covering. I can also verify that proton VPN with a local server works flawlessly for JMP calls.
