~~If this this drug had a female equivalent it wouldn’t be sold OTC because it’s dangerous to take it when you have high blood pressure. This study just piles up more evidence for it. I guess this is a rare instance where sexism inherent to medicine and pharmacology bites men in the butt.~~

Guess what, ED drugs (really BP drugs because they were developed as vasidilators for blood pressure management) aren't legally available without a prescription.

I stand corrected, tadalafil is not OTC in many countries, only sildenafil is. Tadalafil is OTC where I live since 2022 and I assumed it’s the same elsewhere.
