Because it isn't true. There are no such videos of him from after his "hospitalisation".

I was wrong about the timeline here. The video was made BEFORE his hospitalization, I just happened to see the video a while AFTER and made a connection that wasn't there

~~He's blinking and kinda talking i think? Idk, he was pretty much confined to his wheelchair and looked extremely confused for most of it~~

I think you're thinking of an old video of him in a wheelchair, he still hasn't been seen in public since he went into the hospital.
