Yeah what like 2 cities? NYC is only being held up by the state or they would be bankrupt. And making housing counsels of only DSA is really a fail er fair way to run housing.

fucking hilarious. NYC generates more gdp than the rest of the state combined, and the gdp per capita of the city is 30% higher than that of the whole state, including the city. the city generates nearly 60% of the state's tax revenue, and uses only 40% of state expenditures

Phew… as someone who makes a living as a contractor with NYC I was worried you had a credible source.
Those sources were already debunked as propaganda.
And where did that state money come from? NYC, that's where. It is totally appropriate for the state to spent money on the maintenance of the largest and most productive city in America with the taxes collected from NYC.
