Can we maybe just fuck off with the slopcode in the first place, and people who insist can do without "protection" on "their" "very meaningful" "work".

I’d argue the opposite: because AI was certainly trained on massive amounts of copyleft code, all AI- generated code should be copyleft only, and under the most strict terms, just to be safe.
Sure? I think software eng is already supersaturated with ways of doing it wrong, so while we're being completely idealistic the whole thing might as well not exist.
