No opinion pieces, Listicles, editorials, videos, press releases, or celebrity gossip will be allowed. All posts will be judged on a case-by-case basis. Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.
7. No duplicate posts.
If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. Newswire services such as AP, Reuters, or AFP, are frequently republished and may be shared from other credible sources.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

People with no criminal record have been widely targeted since the start of expanded ICE operations.
It was obvious it would happen. There aren't nearly enough immigrants with a criminal record to meet Trump's targets.

Exactly. And them shooting and killing Alex Pretti and Renee Nicole Good wasn't an accident. Eventually they were going to arrest and even kill white American citizens.
The neanderthal thugs they hired just skipped to the last part of the poem.

Because you always need to keep escalating and broadening the definition of who's not part of the protected in-group.
They are also less likely to fight back.
There are still a lot of people left that are at risk of voting in an undesirable way.
The Laken Riley Act was one of the early signs of what was to come. It "requires the detention, without bond, of non-citizens who are arrested for, charged with, or admit to committing certain crimes, including theft, burglary, larceny, shoplifting, assault on a law enforcement officer, or any crime resulting in death or serious bodily injury, such as drunk driving." Yes this includes violent criminals, but from my interpretation it also would include someone accused of stealing a candy bar.
A lot of Democrats voted for it and I consider them collaborators.
It's worse. Basically anything while getting (unlawfully) arrested can be constructed as "assault on a law enforcement officer".
If the cops give conflicting or confusing directions, that's resisting arrest. If you struggle at all when they throw you against a wall or to the ground, that's assaulting an officer.
Yeah, even one our major networks tried to broadcast that half the people sent el Salvador in the first wave had no criminal record, and something like 3 people had a ever had a violent criminal act out of them all.
I don't think any of these cosplayers are going to volunteer to go after hang members.
